Responsibilities

• Assist lead teacher with classroom activities
• Supervise and engage with children
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization
• Support meals, transitions, and nap routines
• Encourage positive social interactions

Requirements

• High school diploma or working toward one
• DCF training preferred
• Ability to work well with children and staff
• Dependable and energetic attitude

Responsibilities

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and organized classroom
• Manage classroom routines and behavior positively
• Communicate professionally with parents and staff
• Monitor developmental progress and needs
• Ensure compliance with DCF licensing standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• CDA, FCCPC, or Early Childhood Education coursework preferred
• DCF 45 Hours completed or willingness to complete
• Experience in a licensed childcare setting preferred
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to lift, bend, and actively supervise children

Responsibilities

• Implement Florida VPK standards and curriculum
• Prepare children for kindergarten readiness
• Conduct learning activities focused on literacy, math, and social-emotional growth
• Maintain assessment and classroom documentation

Requirements

• Florida Staff Credential required
• VPK endorsement or eligibility
• Classroom experience preferred
• Knowledge of kindergarten readiness standards

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom coverage as needed
• Assist multiple age groups throughout the day
• Support lunch breaks, transitions, and outdoor play
• Help maintain center-wide organization
